According to a press release published this Thursday, Ronaldo and Binance have come together for a multi-year “exclusive NFT partnership” with the aim of introducing football fans to Web 3. The intention will be to attract the sports community to the crypto world through global non-fungible token (NFT) campaigns.
Ronaldo, who plays as a striker for Manchester United, shared the news with his 101 million followers on Twitter.
“Proud to be partnering with @binance
Together we’ll give you the opportunity to own an iconic piece of sports history.

As part of the deal Binance and Ronaldo will create a series of exclusive NFT collections, which will be released for sale exclusively on the Binance NFT platform. The first collection is expected to go on sale later this year.
